The CareView Patient Safety System® is a continuous remote video monitoring system with predictive technology that uses machine learning to differentiate between normal patient movements and behaviors of an at-risk patient. The system allows a trained virtual monitor technician to monitor up to 40 patient rooms from an off-unit, centralized location. From there, the virtual monitor technician can view and assess alerts generated by the system’s patented Virtual Rails® technology to provide qualified early warnings for unit and floor staff to respond before a fall or other safety event happens. The Patient Safety System offers flexible configurations and camera options specifically designed to address clinical needs including Behavioral, ICU & Critical Care, COVID or negative pressure isolation, LTC, LTACH, SNF, and general safety concerns.
